Purchases

My subscription is not showing

Open Mindsip's Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Cancel or change a plan

Subscriptions belong to your Apple Account. Manage them in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or tap Manage subscription in Mindsip's Settings.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds, and faster than we could. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Reminders are not arriving

Check that the daily reminder is on in Mindsip's Settings, and that notifications for Mindsip are allowed in iOS Settings › Notifications.
